In order to check the status of your Indigo Card Application Status, there is only one method available which is calling the customer care department.
- Make a call to the customer care department at 866-946-9545.
- You will be asked to provide your Account Number.
- Once you provide your Account Number, go through some quick choices.
- Tap on 1 and your call will get transferred to the Customer Care representative.
- You will be asked for details such as your Full Name, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number (SSN).
- By the given information, the customer care representative will revert and confirm the Status of your Indigo Credit Card Application.

Note to remember while checking your Indigo credit card status
- Once you have applied for the Credit Card, you will be getting the revert within 14 days only. If you are approved, you will receive your card via post. If you’re rejected, you will receive an email stating the reason.
- The timings for reaching to the customer care department is from Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 9 PM only. Ensure that you call within working hours to get an early response.
